XB microfiber wiper constructed from a continuous filament micro denier, polyester/nylon textile that enhances absorbency and particle contamination removal versus traditional polyester wipers. Woven from an abrasion resistant fabric to minimize shedding of particulate matter from the face of the wiper.
Polyester/nylon wipes for cleanroom and industrial applications generally feature a mix of between 25-30% nylon and 70-75% polyester. The result is a very soft fabric which will not scratch sensitive devices yet is extremely effective in trapping micro-contaminants without re-contaminating the surface.
